General Information

The J'Doc annual meeting is aimed at young researchers – mostly PhD students – in the field of quantum optics, quantum information, atomic and molecular physics. This meeting, which lasts for 2 days (June 7th - June 8th), is composed by conferences given by two distinguised researchers and talks/poster presentations given by the participants.

Registration

Registration is free but mandatory.

You need to have a sciencesconf.org account to register.

  • If you do not have a sciencesconf.org account:
  1. click on the Registration tab on the left of the website and register for a sciences.org account.
  2. once registered, log in to your account and you can upload the abstract of your contribution on the tab "Submissions" under the menu "My Space".
  • If you already have a sciencesconf.org account you can directly log in and upload the abstract of your contribution on the "Submissions" tab.

 

We expect to be able to afford for twenty participation grants. Priority will be given to the applicants from the Provinces.

Your participation on the conference will be confirmed once your abstract will be approved.

Registrations are open until the 20th of May. After this date, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the conference program.
